  1. Shipping Costs
    We proudly offer free shipping to all states within the United States.Important: Please ensure that you provide accurate delivery information to facilitate a smooth shipping process.
  2. Delivery Time
    Our shipping process, including handling time, typically takes between 2 to 3 weeks. This timeframe includes the processing and preparation of your order for shipment. We aim to deliver your products as quickly and efficiently as possible.
  3. Unloading Requirements
    For large freight deliveries, buyers are required to have a forklift or similar equipment available for unloading.
  • If you do not have access to a forklift, we can arrange a liftgate service for an additional fee of $100, which is payable directly to the freight driver at the time of delivery.
    Please inform us in advance to ensure smooth coordination for unloading.
     
  1. Freight Shipping
    Large items, such as car lifts and heavy-duty equipment, will be delivered via freight carriers. Ensure that your delivery location is accessible for large freight trucks. If access is limited, we can arrange delivery to a nearby freight terminal for convenient pickup.
  2. Pickup Option
    We also offer a pickup option for customers who prefer to collect their orders directly from our warehouse. To schedule a pickup:

    Our team will confirm your pickup time and ensure your order is ready. Pickups are available only at our warehouse in desek, CT.

    Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number to monitor its progress. If you encounter any issues with your shipment, feel free to contact us for assistance, and we’ll ensure everything runs smoothly.
  2. Shipping Limitations
    We currently ship to all states within the United States, including Alaska, where shipping charges apply. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Hawaii or U.S. Territories.
